Currently, we are meeting at Boronda Meadows Elementary School
3. How long are your services?
Our service starts at 11 am and ends about 12:30 pm
4. What is your worship like?
We play contemporary worship music that bring the people into God's presence. We encourage everyone to stand during worship, but you are welcome to sit. You will often find people dancing and raising their hands as an act of surrender and reverence to God.
5. What is the dress code?
You will find a range of dress from jeans and t-shirt to coat and tie. We are casual so be comfortable and come as you are!
6. Do you have anything for children?
Yes! We have children's church for children K-6th. Children join their parents during worship time and are dismissed to their classes around 11:30 a.m. The children's church staff has ongoing training to serve the needs of the children.
7. Is Community Praise Church associated with a denomination?
We are a non-denominational church under the apostolic covering of Kingdom Ministries International (KMI).

8. What are Pastor Alex Castillo's Affiliations?
Pastor Alex Castillo is a member of the Monterey County Pastor's Prayer Group, the G12 Network, and relates to Bishop Flynn Johnson of Atlanta Metropolitan Cathedral in Atlanta, GA.
9. Does the church have a vision?
The vision of Community Praise Church is to win souls and make disciples based on Jesus' great commission to the church (Matthew 28:19-20). The discipleship strategy we use is the G12 methodology.
10. What is a cell group?
The cell group provides an enriching time in the Word and fellowship with other members. It is an opportunity to be ministered to in a personal way and to discover Christ's heart for people. We believe that building relationships are vital to spiritual growth. Cells provide the environment to form lasting relationships.
11. What is an encounter weekend?
An encounter weekend is your opportunity to know Christ and His work at Calvary in a deeper and more personal way. The effects of the encounter may vary from person to person but it is often characterized by new freedom, healing, repentance, forgiveness, deliverance from bondages, fullness in the Spirit, and new vision for living for Christ.
12. How often do we have encounters and what are the requirements?
We offer encounter weekends every quarter and the requirement is that you attend four,one hour a week, pre encounter sessions that begin one month before the encounter weekend. Pre encounters are times of heart preparation. See the calendar for our next encounter and sign up for the pre encounter.
